My thoughts and prayers go our to Steve’s family at this time. I will miss his knowledge and strategic focus, his kindness, and his sense of humor. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Steve through the Consumer Bankers Association. Steve was both a great friend and colleague who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
